Return Policy
At Gigly, many of our products are made just for you. That’s why:
We do not accept returns on custom or personalized orders.
For standard (non-custom) orders:
You may request a return or exchange only if:
- The item is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- There’s a genuine size issue
To start a return or exchange:
- Email shopgigly@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Wait for return approval and instructions before sending anything back
Items sent without return approval will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, contact us at shopgigly@gmail.com.
